Q: What is the Law of Attraction?
A: The Law of Attraction simply is this: "The basis in which the entire
Universe operates, affecting physical as well as non physical beings.
The Law of Attraction can be defined as: vibrations of similar
frequencies are magnetized to each other. In essence, thought draws
in other thoughts of a similar vibration." Or let me put it this way:
whatever you think about, you bring about into your
life.
Q: Are there other laws
like this that I have never heard of?
A: Probably. To tell the truth - the Law of Attraction is a subset, so
to speak of a larger law called the Law of Vibration.
Here's Bob Proctor's explanation of that Law. You can find more
information about the other natural laws
here.
Q: Who was Wallace Wattles?
A: Wallace Delois Wattles (1860 – 1911) was an American author. A
pioneer success writer, he remains personally somewhat obscure, but his
writing has been widely popular in the
New Thought and
self-help
movements. Wattles' best known work is a 1910 book called
The
Science of Getting Rich in which he explained how to become wealthy.
He claimed to have personally "tested" the principles he described and
they apparently worked, for although he had lived most of his life in
poverty, in his later years he was a prosperous man.
Q: How can I make the Law of Attraction
work??
A: You can't. Do you try to make Gravity work? It's a natural
law. It's happening all the time. What you can do, however is to modify
your thoughts and feelings so you attract to yourself the good you
really want in whatever form that takes - money, relationship, family,
joy, health, education, peace. One thing I suggest is this: learn a LOT
and read much of the free material
here. Then start in little
doses and apply it to your life. It takes only 31 days or so to
stop a bad habit and replace it with a new one, for example - so you may
be only 31 days away from having anxiety, fear or whatever about a
certain situation and onto something better that you really want.
